We ship all in-stock items within 48 hours.
UPS is our preferred carrier. We will ship orders to PO boxes via the US POSTAL SERVICE. Upgraded shipping is available upon request to either UPS 2 DAY or UPS OVERNIGHT. There is an additional charge for expedited freight. Ground (2-5 days) $6.00, UPS 2 day air $13.00, UPS 1 day $26.00. For AK, HI, PR, there is no ground. For 2 and 1 day air add $10.00. For example 1 day air will be $36.00. This will be per item.
RETURNS
Returns are authorized on a case-by -case basis. No returns on computer software. When a return as been authorized, you will be issued a RMA number. This information must be clearly marked on all boxes being returned.
